Ordering Policy
Please read carefully before placing an order.
Order & Payment Guidelines
1. Payment Methods:
An invoice will be sent with square to the email provided.

2. Retainer:
- A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total order cost is required to secure your booking.
- Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent.
- Unpaid invoices will automatically cancel after 24 hours and the date will reopen.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
3. Final Payment:
- Final payment must be completed 7 days before the event date.
- Orders placed within 7 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking and follow the same 24 hour invoice expiration policy.
Cancellation and Refunds
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable retainer.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit all payments made.
2. Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@jonassweets.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Retainer:
- All retainers are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products and the time, materials, and preparation required for each order.
Chargeback & Payment Disputes
All payments made to Jona's Sweets are considered final. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Jona's Sweets will provide all related documentation, including invoices, order confirmations and communication history, to the payment processor. We encourage all customers to reach out directly with any concerns so we can resolve them promptly and professionally.
Design Disclaimer
1. Inspiration Photos:
- We welcome inspiration photos to help guide the design of your custom order.
- Please note that while we strive to capture the essence and style of your inspiration photos, we cannot create exact replicas.
2. Design Variations:
- Our products are handmade, and slight variations in color, design, and decoration may occur.
- We reserve the right to make adjustments to the design to ensure the highest quality and structural integrity of the final product.
3. Custom Designs:
- For custom designs, a detailed consultation will be conducted to understand your vision and preferences.
- A sketch or digital representation of the proposed design may be provided for approval before production begins.
Allergy Disclaimer
1. Common Allergens:
-Please be aware that our kitchen is not a nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free environment.
- We use ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
2. Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order.
- We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that our products will be free from traces of allergens.

3. Limitation of Liability:
- Jona's Sweets will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or other adverse effects that may occur from consuming our products.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
