Baking was not always my passion - it found me by chance. After high school, I was faced with an ultimatum to either attend college or join the military. I decided to take a leap and enroll in college, although I had no idea what to study. With encouragement from my sister, I enrolled at Johnson & Wales University and fell in love.

As a total beginner amongst more seasoned classmates, the learning curve was steep. However, I was determined to master my craft. My persistence paid off and I discovered a talent for cake decorating. Now I can't imagine doing anything else!

After completing an intensive baking and pastry program, I launched my home-based cake business. I specialize in decadent buttercream cakes and cupcakes made from scratch. My goal with every cake is to create something meaningful and beautiful using quality ingredients and lots of love.
