Start Your Order

Custom orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible. Wedding orders require a minimum of 1 month notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and dates may book sooner during busy weeks and holidays. Orders requested less than 7 days in advance are considered rush orders and are subject to availability and a rush fee.

Submitting an order request or receiving a quote does not reserve your date. Orders of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. Orders under $100 must be paid in full. Invoices expire after 24 hours if payment is not received.

We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we may not be able to make any modifications.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may receive store credit for eligible payments, excluding the non-refundable retainer. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Orders are available for pickup in Newport News, VA, or paid delivery when available. The pickup address is provided 24–48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Delivery fees vary based on location and order requirements. Shipping is not available.

Yes! Wedding cake orders require a minimum of 1 month notice and are subject to availability. Submit a Wedding Cake request through the order form with your event date, guest count, venue information, and inspiration photos to get started.

Vegan options are not currently available. If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy, please let me know before placing your order so I can determine whether your request can be accommodated. Jona’s Sweets operates from a shared kitchen, so allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed.
