How far in advance do I need to place an order?We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance for best availability. Our calendar fills up quickly! Occasionally last-minute slots open up - feel free to contact us anytime to check availability, even for rush orders. The more lead time we have, the better!

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?We understand that sometimes changes are necessary. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we may not be able to make any modifications.

Can I cancel my order?- Cancellations made 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable retainer. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit all payments made.

What are your shipping options and rates?At this time, we do not offer shipping. We provide local delivery and pickup options to ensure that your baked goods arrive fresh and in perfect conditions.

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options available?Unfortunately we do not currently offer those selections. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to expand our selections in the future.
